Office Manager II
Senior Level
This is a unique opportunity for someone to manage several areas of the company. For the right candidate, this position would be responsible for several business functions, such as payroll, and also assisting the company with managing one of our lines of business. Below is a high-level process flow of the areas this position will ideally manage:
Payroll Experience – ability to process payroll and payroll taxes through QuickBooks
Purchasing Experience
Month End Close – bank account reconciliation and month end close
Taxes - ability to understand various state required forms, such as Franchise Taxes, and submit payments
Ability to work with state employment agencies, such as Oklahoma Unemployment
Line of Business Management - In addition, the ideal candidate will the ability to perform the following duties:
Receive Orders - could be by email, or by web-order, or phone call - enter into QuickBooks
Work with production, to understand estimated delivery date of product(s), and communicate updates with customer or distributor
Arrange for shipping of products, could be UPS, Fed-Ex or a Freight Service such as ABF
Invoice Customer - QuickBooks
Additional responsibilities
Produce and review backorder report, identify any potential issues
Assist with purchasing, for component parts and raw materials related to the line of business you are managing
Assist with the identification of production issues related to the products you manage
Quotes – we occasionally quote our products
Answer phone calls to the main number that are related to the line of business – the volume can range from 0 – 5 phone calls per day.
Assist General Manager with other projects
Candidate Requirements
A high degree of efficiency utilizing QuickBooks
10 or more years of experience as an office or accounting assistant.
Customer service and customer management experience within a manufacturing or distributor environment is a plus
Warm personality
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour – depending on experience

CNC Operator

CNC Operator

Job Type - Full-time

Full Job Description
Will operate various HAAS CNC machines, manual lathes and other machines and feed raw material so that continual operation is achieved without issue, and volume levels of production are met, day to day, week to week and month to month. Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers. Machine Operator experience is required to be considered. Must have 1+ years of experience operating a machine.
Current schedule: 8 hour shifts M-F 6am – 2:30 PM with 30 minute lunch, and two 15 minute breaks
Requirements: National background check
Work Location: Approximately 3 miles East of Pryor on Old HWY 20
